I am considered by some to be hardcore, intense and even extreme. But that's just me. I like to push myself to the next level. I add different workout techniques to mine and my client's workouts in order to continually challenge our physical abilities.
I train both men and women. However, because women have different needs than men when it comes to fitness and training, I tailor each workout to specifically meet the goals of every client.
