Lori’s Guidelines for
“Eating Well”

1. DO NOT BINGE!
2. EAT BREAKFAST
3. 5 Small Meals
4. 8 Glasses of Water
5. Stay Between "3 & 7"
6. Do NOT Skip Meals
7. No White Sugar or White Flour
8. Do Not Eat After 7 pm
